Legally it is 18.
Most good doctors want you to wait until you face has stopped growing so it can depend on each person. I had mine done when I was 21 years old. A friend in high school had her's done over winter break senior year.
Find a good doctor (ask people & see they suggest- this is what I did), one who will make your nose fit your face, not change it so much that you no longer look like you, & is really artistic. The only difference w/ mine is there is not more bump. Another friend had hers done a few years ago- she looks like a completely different person & lots less pretty. ( I would never tell her this). Find out exactly what they recommend you do & know that it is ok to say no to something if you feel uncomfortable.

Otherwise, any age that a parent and doctor will consent too.

I think it would be 18 years old, in less there is a medical need for this procedure. Maybe an underage person has an accident in which their nose is injured/damaged in where the patient can't breath very good.
